I have bid on 3 separate auctions and I have won 2 of them. The 2 that i won were from auction.com. The first transaction went pretty smoothly but the second one not so much. I really noticed in the second that they had very little knowledge of real estate and how things work.

just closed on one 3 weeks ago for $14,700. I put some click together floor I had left over and I rent it out for $700. I closed on Tuesday and tenants were moving in on Saturday.

@Mark Neiger you can also invest in other areas. In the area I live in you can buy and repair one for less then $30,000 and then rent it out for $500 to $800 a month. This would help to build up your cash flow.

I heard on a different podcast by Justin Williams called house flipping HQ and he another BP member was on the podcast by @tim Gordon. He was telling that he had a 203k loan by a bank and had another loan by the bank that was the exact same loan just issued by the bank. So he had to one was a 203k and the other was called something else but did the same thing. I think it was podcast 31.

@Daryl Guy in the area that I am investing in I am paying cash for under $20,000 and less than $10,000 in rehab. With the rents ranging between $500 and $750 rents a month. Have you thought about investing in areas like this?
