Post: Bathroom, Circa 1964 - Poop Brown - suggestions?

Here for your viewing pleasure (NOT) we have a bathroom circa 1964.  Built strong and tough, but ugly and waiting for poop brown to come back in fashion.

Other than ripping it out, any suggestions on a "accent" color that will make this palatable?

Anyone have experience on having reglazing done?  Cost? Durability?

Why you texans so worried about California?  Live and let be.

Because I am not stuck on an island and can buy anywhere I want.

But ,no pun intended, they HAD to pass a Texan law to limit you to 6 sex toys.

Weird

It is also unlwful to shoot buffalo from a second floor window in Texas.

The post above was on the 24th of February and I was referring to the offer of $700.   As you are well aware, the second offer of payment in full in 4 monthly payments was not received by me until the 27th of February.  I agreed to that offer on the 27th.

On the 2nd of March I got another email from Natalie asking both Scott and I if we agreed to the terms, I replied to that email that I concurred with the agreement.

Only thing we are waiting on at this point is the vendor, Scott Flynn to make his payments.

@Kurt Carlton I'd be interested in hearing your story, how you got started, risks, lessons learned.

Kurt is likely part of the LifeStyles Unlimited network. That's how he runs a good (performing) ship so to speak.  I dont know how else to describe it so the best I can come up to get the point across is that LSU has a lot of built-in self-policing among investors, vendors, lenders, etc.  Think of it as BiggerPockets-plus with serious policing powers to boot.  Perhaps a poor way to communicate it to those who arent aware of LSU but it's the best I way I can simply explain it.

To give my 2cents on the original post, and probably what Kurt is subtly getting at, is that instead of becoming your own hard money lender with all the headaches/etc that come with it, you should probably find a reputable hard money lender and piggyback on them. If you want to stay passive, frankly, it's not a bad way to go.  Good luck.

Gabe I see you are back to toot the Lifestyles Unlimited horn again, you still have not answered your original post, which also was about Lifestyles Unlimited.  You seem have a vast knowledge of that group, please elaborate.

Nothing to report. There was an offer, but it was nowhere close to acceptable.
