I live in Marietta Georgia, and have been actively investing in residential real estate since 2009. I am actively pursuing both flips, and adding to my long term portfolio. I have been focusing on Northwest Atlanta suburbs, although I am branching out, and considering deals in all of Atlanta now.
I have much more to learn, than I know.
Being a licensed broker, I have FMLS access, although my best recent deals have come through wholesalers. I would like to find more wholesalers with good deals, and I intend to grow in my abilities to source my own deals. I am here to learn, and participate in this community.
