Still learning here . . .

Just curious what's the purpose of putting the property under land trust versus just standard individual/personal name.

Hi all,

A newbie to BP, but have learnt a LOTTT.

Quick question... I'm trying to get a property and had been pre-approved by a hard-money lender (non-conventional loan). However, there's one realtor that told me that they don't work with clients that's financed by hard money lenders as it is hardly every accepted by the buyer. Is this true ?

I'm all ears . . .

Thanks for any feedback.

Can I get a feel of what kind of interest is some of you are getting by the way ? Just trying to get a ballpark here... Thanks !

Hi BP-ers,

Been doing a LOT of reading ! Wish I found this site sooner !

Anyway, can I get some input on the good and bad on purchasing a property represented by a Property Mgt company versus a Real Estate agent ? The reason I'm considering this, is because I'm planning to purchase a 2nd property, and feel that my current prop mgt company knows more as far as neighborhood, rent potential, repair, etc compared to the regular real estate agent.

Any thoughts ?

Thanks !
