Purchasing from a Real Estate agt versus Property Management Co ?
Hi BP-ers,
Been doing a LOT of reading ! Wish I found this site sooner !
Anyway, can I get some input on the good and bad on purchasing a property represented by a Property Mgt company versus a Real Estate agent ? The reason I'm considering this, is because I'm planning to purchase a 2nd property, and feel that my current prop mgt company knows more as far as neighborhood, rent potential, repair, etc compared to the regular real estate agent.
Any thoughts ?
Thanks !
