I Got my First Home under contract late December for $222,500,  After closing we cleaned it up and went on the market As is property. We have an offer closing in 3 days for $325,000. We also have 2 back up offers at $325k. Really happy to be on the board.

How did you feels after your first deal?

That escalated really well, and it's always good to have backup offers. Congratulations on getting started with your first property. It always feels amazing to transact the first deal, but what matters is what you do with the proceeds! Good luck for using it for future deals.
