@Mike Jones That would be the correct way to do it! However, one of my bookkeeping clients who has 9 LLCs has me run all the LLCs activities in 1 QB company. I have warned him time and again against doing this as it would be easy for an attorney to pierce the liability veil should he be involved in a legal situation.

@Mike Jones I suggest setting up 2 separate QB companies to track each company's activities.

@Mike Jones, I agree with @Chris Seveney

Hire a bookkeeper! I have been in accounting for over 20 years. I'd be happy to advise you on what to look for in a bookkeeper.

Hello fellow BP'ers, I am considering engaging with Engineered Tax Services for a Cost Seg. Study on one of our recent acquisitions. They are proposing a limited detail study since this Quad is a relatively small property. We will still see a decent tax benefit. I would greatly appreciate receiving feedback from anyone who has experience working with this company. Thanks in advance.

Post: Best Low Cost Self-Directed IRA Provider/Custodian

Hello BP family,

I am looking for recommendations on best low cost providers/custodians for Self-Directed IRA or Solo 401k or Checkbook IRA. I realize that these might be considered 3 different products and not all providers offer all 3. I mentioned these 3 as I have not decided which is best for me yet. I plan to rollover from my employer's 401k to one of the above. Later in 2019, I plan to convert to a Roth Self-Directed IRA or a Roth Solo 401k. I know that I will pay taxes on the conversion. However, my tax bracket in 2019 will be much lower than it currently is. Thanks for reading and commenting in advance.

@Doran, Thanks for your reply.
