@Jay Hinrichs hi Jay, how is the market for fix and flip in Oregon ? I have a lot of families that live in Troutdale , gresham oregon.

Also, my uncle is planning to buy a house for his kids around Gresham. I wonder if the market there is high ? Thanks

@James Miller Hi James , thank you for you suggestion , but im not sure i understands what did you mean by commercial loan? I thought hard money lender is the only way to loan to quick buy a residential fix and flip.

I was hoping to find a better loan program from hard money lender that required w2 and good credit .

Hi BP !!!

As a real estate agent, Do i have to use trec form to wholesaling or i can use whatever i can find from online ?

and I know i have to disclose that im an agent if i use Trec form but is that all you need to watch for when you want to wholesaling ? or is there anything else you need to be caution about ?

I hope i dont ask for too much, but It would be awesome awesome if someone can send me an example of 1-4 trec form doing wholesaling . thank you so so much :)

Hi BP!!!

Anyone have any advice about Tax lien buyer club ? I joined them today at this seminar and thought i did the right thing. I never know about tax lien investment so i was very interested in it until i read some of bad experiences people have on here BiggerPockers . I have 3 day to cancel my transaction and I would like to see you guys opinions about this company.

Thank you so much and have a wonderful weekend :)
