Im an agent and planning to buy this condo ( FSBO). Should i use trec form 1-4 contract as usual ? or which is the best way to buy it for myself ? Am I supposed to explain everything in the contract to the seller.

Or Let title company take care of everything ? how do i put the house under contract ( active option ) ? thank you!!!

Im a realtor and thinking about forming an LLC but then for tax purposes should i do s-corp instead ? Does either one have annual fee to maintain or anything different ? Thank you!!! Ronald

Im an agent in DFW ( ARBOR member ). Im now looking to buy condo in San Antonio but i dont have access to MLS there ( to look for properties and run comp). I might end up using a realtor but i want to do it myself first since i know exactly the area that i want to buy. My question is how do i get access to MLS up there and is it going to cost me anything ? Thank you guys!!!

@Hanh Dao Thank you Hanh , wiring directly from donor is definitely one of the best way to go and fastest for my buyers.
