What is the best way for agent to buy directly from owner ?
Looking for more opinions and advises. Please dont mind my silly question. :)
Im an agent and planning to buy this condo ( FSBO). Should i use trec form 1-4 contract as usual ? or which is the best way to buy it for myself ? Am I supposed to explain everything in the contract to the seller.
Or Let title company take care of everything ? how do i put the house under contract ( active option ) ? thank you!!!

Good luck on price. most FSBO are priced way above market and once you disclose you're an agent he's gonna think you agree with his valuation.
