Hello. I am a potential first time investor. I am moving to Bakersfield within the next 2 months and would like to do a house hack. Anyone in the area know about how Bakersfield is as an investment opportunity? Any information would be extremely helpful.

I am a new investor looking to buy my first rental property within the next year. I am curious what everyone’s most recent deal looked like i.e. What kind of property was it, location, house-hack, personal funding, private money, what attracted you to the property, how’d you find it, turn key...etc.? I thought it would be interesting to read deals that are happening during this time and learn more by looking at everyone’s deals. Any advice or lessons learned from these deals? Thanks everyone :)
