Hey @Nathan Trail & welcome back to ATL! I'd suggest looking into some of our REIA's if you haven't already. GA REIA and Atlanta REIA are both great. There are also a few local meetups that are starting to have in-person events again. Feel free to reach out for more info & I'd love to connect!

Hey Emily, I work with a lot of out of state investors and can connect you with a few local realtors. Feel free to shoot me a DM and I can give you their contact info. What zip codes are you looking at investing?

@Chaltu Bulti @Jordan Dooley I'd also recommend checking out Meetup for local networking events. There is a group called Real Estate Connections here in Atlanta that meets downtown the first Thursday of each month. Maybe I'll see you there! :)

@Julia Thompson Most property management companies will charge a percentage of the rental rate as a management fee but some offer a flat rate as well. You'll also want to consider additional fees like leasing, renewal, etc. and any sort of rental guarantees. Feel free to DM me if you have further questions & I'm happy to talk through it!
