How is union city for investment? I am new to Atlanta Market.
I have heard that union city is a suburb part of Atlanta, is it good for a investor?

Agree with @Kelly Rambo. Good for buy and holds. There's a new construction townhome community there that one of my clients recently bought in. They cater to investors, and also handle the property management. She's had a great experience getting it rented.
