@Rob Bowling & @Tammy Vitale - Hello. What hoops do you have to go through to become an Oxford House? Do you have to deem it an Oxford House prior to purchase or can you decide at any time? How is financing done? Any problems? Thank you!

@Charles Kappe - Oxford is big here in Washington. Many people I care about were helped by Oxford Housing. Can you fill me in on the process, maybe some pro's and con's?

Does anyone know anything about buying a rental property to use as an Oxford House. It is a clean and sober living community (Oxford House, Inc)?
