Hello. I am currently trying to learn all there is to know about real estate. I am attempting to choose a niche and strategy but want to learn more before making that choice. I feel like if I were to wait until I have learned all I can I will be 100 years old. When do I jump in without jumping in too soon? And also if I am using hard money for my first property should I get pre-approved?

Respectfully,

Haley
