Christopher Blanco , I checked out your website and it's very nice, are you having good results with it generating leads? Im a newbie and I've just launched my site here in NY. I'm trying to figure what the best way to advertise would be i.e.. google Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Michael Noto , thanks for the reply. If I have my buyer ready at the time of contract acceptance, could I not just, transfer LLC ownership and let my buyer execute the acceptance contract and proceed to closing?

Michael Noto I've read in some post about putting an REO under contract in a LLC and transferring ownership of the LLC to the buyer that will eventually close on the deal. Is that not possible? I myself am also in search of doing my first wholesale deal. This forum has been great help In sorting through the myths.

@Elizabeth Wilson - in your opinion what's the best list to target for motivated sellers? I've been targeting recent lis pendens filings with no luck. New to BP. Thanks

Foreclosure auction date info is available on listsource for New Jersey. It's actually a good list to target. There no more motivated of a seller than one who's house is going to auction in 2 weeks. I'm actually trying to locate a source for that data for New York. Listsource doesn't collect that data for New York

Hello BP,

I'm new to the BP forum,

I was wanting to generate a list on listsource for homes with pending foreclosure auction dates.

Although I was able to input the criteria for the report on listsource it always came back with 0 results for New York zip codes.

My questions is:

1. Is that data available on listsource for New York?

2. If not, are there any resources you can suggest for me to get that data from for New York?

Thank you,

Hadley
