I am seeing an uptick in inventory being sold at auction in my area.  I am considering buying going to see how these auctions are playing but am in the middle of busy season for my 9-5 job and cant afford to take a day to sit in.  Are the results of county auctions public records?

In my area the records are public. I'm able to see pre-sale records including judgments, creditor, etc. The day of the sale, the sales information is posted and retained for several prior years.
