 Hi Jerad,

Well at first it looked like a townhouse and/or condo. This was in Valencia, CA. HOA, special taxes, and such...just made for a buz kill! for something that was not a whole lot better then a multy-Family apartment.

Came out to Lancaster, CA just for giggles...Well the rest is history...SFH 2045Ft/Sqd of living space from 980FT/Sqd..NO HOA!!! No special development taxes...Sold One year now, 16% increase in equity. Cheaper then Rent by $250.00...and it's mine all mine...(evil laugh).

My entry is my own SFR . It allows me to build equity to recover if I sell out, or use to get a second property...options are there.
