Here is a little bit about me

I've been working in real estate full time for the past 1 1/2 years while simultaneously being a full time college student. I've analyzed over 1,000 potential deals as an analyst for a high volume investor. From MLS to IRS seized property auctions to trustee sales, etc.. I'm familiar with various methods of acquiring properties as well as various types of investments such as purchasing tapes of non performing loans to picking up cheap mobile homes. I've been apart of *somewhere north of 60 flips in the past year (throughout all price ranges) , honestly, I lost count. The time has come, I am now venturing out to create a real estate based investment business of my own. I have built a great network over the past 1 1/2 years and I am constantly looking to grow it larger.
