My last marketing campaign has given me 6 leads to owners who live in Southern California but have properties out of state. They all called me after I sent them a postcard, so there is most likely some level of motivation. 

I don't have the resources to work these leads so I'd be happy to pass them on to someone local who's interested in researching the properties and working the leads. 

I'll send you the address and the seller's contact information, you just have to promise me you'll throw me a bone when/if you close a deal.

Good day!

Trying to take a slightly different approach to wholesaling. Instead of looking for properties and then scramble to find a Cash Buyer, I want to build a strong network of Cash Buyers and go look for fitting properties for them.

Fully aware my goals are lofty, but hey, if you reach for the stars you may end up on the moon, and that's better than not getting anywhere at all.

Ever since I replaced "I can't" by "How can I?" I've been able to accomplish things I never thought possible. 

I will reach out to you individually by PM if I haven't done so already.

97 cash buyers to go to reach my goal of 100 :-)

Wrote down my goals for the next 90 days and thought I'd put them out here and make myself accountable for them.

By September 30th 2016

- I will have spent a minimum of 2 hours a day learning everything I can to master wholesaling SFH and Apartment buildings.

- I will have spent a minimum of 2 hours a day setting up and marketing my RE Wholesale business.

- I will have grown my buyers list by 100 pre-qualified buyers.

- I will have closed 10 wholesale deals with an average of $5,000 in revenue for a total of $50,000.

- at least 2 deals in the month of July

- at least 3 deals in the month of August

- at least 5 deals in the month of September

- I will have finished putting together my power team. (2 Real Estate agents, 2 Escrow Officers, Local Contractors, Investors, Private Lenders)

Going to make it happen!!

Hey Benoit, de beste tip die ik je kan geven is waarschijnlijk, doe heel veel research voor je begint aan het immigratie process. Het is verdomt moeilijk om legaal in dit land te geraken... Ik heb nu een Green Card, maar dat heeft me bijna 10jaar en $50,000 gekost.

De beste manier is via een H1B maar dan moet je een sponsor vinden EN je moet bewijzen dat je geen job wegneemt van een amerikaan. 

Het E-2 visum lijkt makelijker maar het is heel belangrijk dat je een heel goeie advokaat vind die je kan helpen met het hele process. Ik kan je met een paar in contact brengen als je wil.

Just getting my feet wet with REI and going to start with doing some Wholesale deals in the Orange County market.

I'm looking for an Escrow Officer in my area who is familiar with Assignment Contracts.
