looking for an Escrow Officer in Orange County

Just getting my feet wet with REI and going to start with doing some Wholesale deals in the Orange County market.

I'm looking for an Escrow Officer in my area who is familiar with Assignment Contracts.

Can anyone of you point me in the right direction?
