@Brian Foy Hi Brian, You may want to also considering getting with a Realtor that knows each of these areas very well. There are good and bad parts of communities as well as good and bad investments in them. A Realtor who has access to the MLS, experience in commercial real estate, and knowledge in helping you run numbers is your best bet.
