Experian does sell a list of note holders, but it is not cheap and the phone numbers you get are only about 70% working numbers. I only buy credit header data from Experian but in the pass, they tried to sell me the note holders list.

Hi, i am part owner of a house in NY with only one mortgage. The property is in foreclosure. The loan is being serviced by Nationstar. I don't know if the mortgage is a FHA, BUT I suspect it is. Is there a group or other corp who can assist me in buying the note at a good discount. Might this note be bundled as part of some other default loan package? I understand the group will have to earn a commission.

as-is FMV- $270k, ARV- $340, mortgage debt- $325k, mortgage has not been paid in over 2 years.

Hey whats up everyone,

things have been going down hill recently and I slept on my past laurels SO... time to wake up again and get cracking. I did a little of flipping and rehab before, wholesaling but i sat on my couple of rental properties and Bronx tenants aren't easy. Now my bills are adding up and my problems increasing. I am motivated again and have to read up a lot again to decide which way to head.
