Hey whats up everyone,

things have been going down hill recently and I slept on my past laurels SO... time to wake up again and get cracking.  I did a little of flipping and rehab before, wholesaling but i sat on my couple of rental properties and Bronx tenants aren't easy.  Now my bills are adding up and my problems increasing.   I am motivated again and have to read up a lot again to decide which way to head.
