@Mike Jaquith, thank you for posting on the forums! Taking action right now, there are still deals to be had here locally. I am a local investor in Newberg, OR and we have been buying consistently since 2017 in the Portland metro. I would be glad to connect with you on a call next week if that would be helpful? Just let me know what works best for you!

Hey @Kimberly T., we can do this at Movement Mortgage and it is a very quick process! We can go up to 75% CLTV and I am licensed in both CO and AZ where I work with a lot of investors.

@Johnny McKeon that seems incredible high! Probably a retail lender I am guessing. At Movement Mortgage, we are in the 6s for a house hack like this since we are a direct lender and mortgage broker.

@Daniel Hirst thank you for posting! You could take this down with 5% down as a non occupying coborrower and have your brother as the priamry borrower and owener occupant on the loan. We do this a lot for clients/investors. I would be glad to connect on a call and talk through this with you if you'd like? Just let me know!

Thank you for the shoutout @Jordan Ray! @Casey Adams I would be glad to connect with you on this and talk through options. We have 6 investors doing BRRRR refinancing right now in and around Memphis. This is our bread and butter! I also have some good strategies our investors have been using with delayed financing to avoid any seasoning period and increase the velocity of their money by being able to refinance sooner and take down more properties.
