Great Question Larry! I'd love to hear the perspective of others on this one as well. It seems like waiting for winter to pass is an obvious move, but maybe people have managed to carve a niche by employing the tactic of being the last rehabber standing in the winter.

Have you done any exploration of private money and hard money for financing?

Lets play devil's advocate here. Take all of the politics out of the equation and look at the possibility that there is actually warming happening due to man's activities. Then what?

I wanted to let Robert and Vince know that the guys running this site are in the business of looking out for their members. Don't take anything personal unless they start calling you out. If they do, there won't be any confusion about it.

If they did actually mean to call you a shill, which they've already said they didn't, and this offends you, you're probably going to have a tough time in the real estate business. You'll need to get some thick skin to survive.
