Hello, I recently graduated college and started a business where I have been teaming up with property managers, landlords, agents ..etc to provide full service junk removal whether it's a clean out or just removing a few items that need to be removed. I would love to keep building connections in the MN metro area.

I was also hoping to roll my bitcoin into real estate eventually. I'm not quite as Bullish as you on the short time frame. I do see it eventually taking gold's market cap of 9 trillion pricing each bitcoin around $500,000. I don't think it will be for a good 5 years or so.

I'd clear up all student loans before trying to start investing. Start with a good foundation.

Awesome man, you and I are in pretty much the same spot with similar money, no debt, and young. I'm also struggling to figure out how to which way to go as well. Want to make sure the first move is the correct one. Ideally i think duplex / Quadplex would be ideal.

Do have any current debs? Student loans, car loans, credit card.. etc. i'd get all of those cleared up first, start on a solid foundation.

Hi guys, newbie here and have been taking my time to learn and read as much as possible. I'm still in college but will be graduating this spring. Was curious what you guys thought of this property I found? I noticed it already has tenants leasing, and wasn't sure what's everyone's experience with buying with already tenants occupying the property? If interested the property is right here https://www.zillow.com/homedet...    I'd appreciate any feedback greatly! Thanks!

Hey Guys,

I will be graduating college and am hoping to buy a place to hack as soon as possible this upcoming summer. I will have a decent Job starting in July about 75k in Fargo North Dakota. I have no loans or debts, and about 30k for a down payment. What are my options when it comes to financing if i have 0 credit? Is there a way to get someone to Co-sign on a loan and i pay them a % fee? As i dont have family that's able to sign.

How much debt do you have with student loans? may not be bad idea to clear all that up before taking on loans, and you can get a better loan without the student loans

Hi guys,

I accepted a job in Fargo and will be moving there in July. I'm looking to get started in Real estate, most likely with a house hack of some sort. Just looking for some connections around that area. Look forward to chatting!
