Just wanted to hear from people in CT who are using marketing such as post cards or yellow letters. Success rates, some examples of deals would be great and costs involved. Thanks.

Just curious you said you found the house "online" was it  listed on M.L.S or did you find it somewhere else?

My wife and I met Mike Noto and Bill Labrecque last week. We toured one of their rehabs in progress which was coming along nicely. We will be doing some joint ventures based on our meeting. Mike and Bill are honest and straight forward and I recommend anyone doing business with them.

Are you removing the dishwashers to save water or avoid possible water leaks? Are you getting push back from the tenants as I would imagine they would not be happy having the dishwasher removed.

Just a thought you don't want your first deal with this investor to end being a bad deal with both of you potentially losing money.   Be patient and find the right house to put all the odds in your favour for a successful outcome.

Just a word of caution some states require you to have dealers license like a used car dealer for buying and selling mobile homes.
