Hi Jason,

Are you getting good results using the bulk mail printed stamp as opposed to what many here on BP recommend; using first class peel and stick stamps? Do you mail postcards as well? Also, do you mind if I ask what kind of printer you are using?

Thanks!

Greg

Hi Raquel L.,

I sent you an email...just wanted to be sure it shows up in your inbox, thanks!

Greg

Hi Raquel!

I work with a local realtor, Matt Viebrock, as a wholesaler and we work directly with investors. We'll work any area of Austin as long as the numbers make sense and as long as it meets the strategy of the investors we work with. Matt is also a licensed realtor that was previously the only realtor in Austin for Lifestyles Unlimited (www.lifestylesunlimited.com), and now he's with the #1 Keller Williams team in Austin (The Heyl Group). Matt can help you with any MLS deals. He and I as partners specialize in off-market deals. I hope this helps!

Take care,
Greg

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to ask what are key factors when considering neighborhoods to send out an 'EveryDoor' mail campaign (https://www.usps.com/business/every-door-direct-mail.htm)? I also plan on sending out yellow letters, I am just trying to figure out where and how to get lists. I am kind of in the dark and have been reading a TON of posts on here and learning a lot. Can anyone out there give me a little shove in the right direction?

Thanks!
Greg
