My mom passed in January. I am looking for a lender who can help me buy out my siblings. We will get roughly 65k each but the banks and underwriters are in the way! Any suggestions?

My PM left me high and dry with a tenant in place still. They havent paid rent in 10 months. The home is in Jax Florida in a D neighborhood. Pms dont wanna work there. What do I do?

As long as it appraises for more than 75k, you can get a cash out refi but otherwise you couldn’t. It mostly depends on the bank

I’m pretty sure you’ll be okay safety wise if you tend to MYOB. Get in good with your neighbors and you will be untouchable I assure you. The only thing you have to worry about is car break ins. Also you should never appear to be well off. Live humbly and simple, get in good with neighbors, be cool and you’re in a safe zone.

You should invest on a much lower form. Show your spouse how beneficial it is to invest in general. Also, show her some of the videos or podcasts that you listen to
