@Jay Hinrichs I already have an air bnb in mind but if I can split the room at the location it would be about the same price. I'm going to see if anyone in the REIA is going and talk it over with them when we meet.

@Sam Bromano Same rules apply as all FHA. I year occupancy. The risk you run is that if you plan to fraud the system and not make it you "primary" they can call the note and you owe the entire balance at once. FYI it's all in the forums and on the HUD website. I only answered cause I'm bored at work.
