For the state of New York I have the best attorney for representation in regards to contracts, title, escrow I wouldn’t do business with anyone else. We almost had a deal fall through because the attorney in this attorney state was not doing their job in a timely fashion. Here in the state of California probate sounds like a very complicated process for real a state wholesaling. I’m curious to know if there is still money to be made in if I should be working these Leads as a wholesaler it sounds like Probate is a little more advantageous if you’re an agent is this correct? Trying to identify which lists to focus on I’d like to speak with someone who has experience wholesaling deals in probate
