Hey guys! I agree with everyone in this thread that north of Boston (Lynn, Salem, Beverly, Peabody) have great investment opportunities. Currently looking for 10+ unit value add properties. If anyone knows of a property matching this buying criteria, or wants to partner up let me know. We offer a 2% finders referral and/or equity in the deal.

So far I like it. Was a quick learning curve, gives you everything an investor would want to see, also has a mobile app that seems to work well. I'd say the one thing it didn't offer that I needed was the ability to analyze a mix residential/retail property (maybe it has that feature and I haven't figured it out yet. If anyone knows please share how to).

Just started using DealCheck. Is anyone else using it? Thoughts? Pro, cons? What are you guys using to present a deal to investors?

What is everyone using to display property info to potential investors? Looking for a sexy brochure template with pictures, data, and maybe some colorful graphs that I can export as a PDF and send to investors for 10+ unit apartment buildings. Thanks!
