I’ll be newly licensed soon here in Florida (pending passing the exam etc) and I have a few acquaintances in the biz in FL. What can I do to get the most bang for my buck right out of the gates? I have an investor friend I met through Flip2freedom (Sean Terry) that I have been in contact with for about 2 years. He suggested I join his group (hang my license) as they would like someone like me with wholesaling/Investing knowledge in my area etc.. I def dont want to be a Realtor showing houses etc full time. I actually have a full time job as a teacher that I like. I would love to do RE investing full time but right now it should be part time for me. I have weekends and summers/holidays off as a teacher but my daytime/weekday hours are non-existent due to my job. I have a growing family and a wife as well. I’m just strategizing my next move. I know being licensed will help more than hinder but what’s next? Seeking advice here.
