Had a wonderful day with my Team talking to Cash Buyers and Hard Money Lenders; now we're getting ready to send out our weekly Marketing Campaign. Funny how wild this journey has been, I went from graduating college as a Musical Theatre Major to now being a Partner in a Real Estate Investing Company, and boy am I loving every moment. Hope everyone is having success in their business's and that their goals are reached before this year is done.

Hi everyone, 

My name is Jeremiah and I've decided to take action and to dive into Real Estate investing after much thought and a lot of reading. Now until I have the funds to be able to purchase properties to buy and hold which is eventually what I would love to do for cash flow, I choose to start my journey as a wholesaler. The problems i'm facing though is finding an attorney where I live that does double closings and also making sure that the deals that I acquire are sound and worthy enough to pitch to buyers. 

Are there any Investors in New Jersey, preferably in the Essex County area, that would be willing to taking on a mentee ? I'm willing to give my all everyday and make my results speak louder then my actions.
