 There are a several in the area that are investor friendly. My advice for you would be to attend some of the local investor networking events that take place on a monthly basis. IMO, this is the best way to "interview" several attorneys and Title companies who habitually attend these meetings. You will also have the added benefit of asking other investors for referrals.
