@Cleopatra Montero you might want to check out this meetup. Sounds like it will be very productive and informative. I would love to attend but due to a prior commitment, I arrive in Houston on July 15.

I've been here 16 years and it's time to get off the fence.  It's good to bee fearful, But yet fearless!

I started with the home I currently live in, and thanks to the support of the Bigger Pockets community, hard work, education and determination I will realize my dream.
