Hello there! I'm a new member to the BP community from Houston, TX. I'm a newly licensed real estate agent as well as a new investor trying to gain as much knowledge as I can so that I can move forward with my 1st deal. Any tips and/or advice on flipping and/or buy and hold is greatly appreciated!
