James, thanks for asking. I realize that $300k is not retirement income. I would certainly leverage the funds to further my investment strategies, building my portfolio strategically. Creating passive income also provides me the opportunity to work on the things that make a difference in the world.

I know this sounds cliche, but it's not just about having money or getting rich. It's about the opportunities to change or enhance the lives of others.

It's what I do on a small scale now but just imagine how big an impact that would be with time and resources.

Thanks for asking and I think this is a great conversation,

Grace

I would buy, hold-rent, BRRR and try a couple of flips. I would also devour all of the information on Real Estate that I can. I would also give back by mentoring, this is MUST for me. :-)

Hi Everyone,

I've had an interest in Real Estate for quite some time.  Getting into my first deal has been challenging, but I'm forging ahead.  I own my home which also has one rental unit.  My friend Willie introduced me to Bigger Pockets and I'm excited about connecting with like minded people, sharing knowledge as we all grow.  Wholesaling is my focus now and in the next year I my goal is to buy and hold 1-2 multi-family units.

Looking forward to connecting with you all.

Grace
