No I don’t have an income because my parents are paying for my expenses until I can get my business profitable. I am not starving I am simply not earning income from my business because it will take time until I will be earning solid income from real estate.

How long does your credit union make you wait for seasoning and what interest rate do they usually give you. The problem with my investor is not that he doesn’t want to co-sign the loan he just doesn’t want to be personally responsible for it

I have an investor who wants to help get us off the ground with the brrr method. He said he will invest 300k but he doesn’t want to be personally liable on the loan. The problem is I don’t have an income yet, how do I go about the refinance?

Does anyone know of banks that will let you buy foreclosed properties or REO brokers who actually have contacts into banks in the south Chicago suburbs. I found a few houses that are foreclosed and want to buy them.

Thanks Jay

Hey guys, i am a new investor, and i have been driving around my stomping ground looking for dilapidated houses to buy. i found many abandoned houses that could be great deals for me. However, I cant seem to get accurate or quick information on how to contact the owner to make an offer. i am willing to pay a subscription to a website to get the info that i need, but i have found that many of them are often unreliable and have incorrect information. So, does anyone have a specific site that they find to have the best and most accurate information? any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
