how does everyone estimate the insurance they will have to pay on their rental houses when they are making an estimate of their monthly expenses? is there a website that will give me a quick ballpark number based on location and size of property.

I just call my insurance agent, give him the address of the property im looking at and he calls me back with a pretty accurate quote.
