contacting owners of abandoned homes
Hey guys, i am a new investor, and i have been driving around my stomping ground looking for dilapidated houses to buy. i found many abandoned houses that could be great deals for me. However, I cant seem to get accurate or quick information on how to contact the owner to make an offer. i am willing to pay a subscription to a website to get the info that i need, but i have found that many of them are often unreliable and have incorrect information. So, does anyone have a specific site that they find to have the best and most accurate information? any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
