Yes they do, and no that preferred return I give can be deferred, it's only paid when there's cash to pay it, but it gets paid before anything else is split.

I have ~140 doors in Leavenworth KS. I use Echelon Property Management and couldn’t be happier.

Hey Austin, I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if this tub and surround still looks good after more than a year.

From top to bottom you need to know why you do everything from the "BIG WHY" to why you are choosing the investment you are choosing over other options, why you are using x% for repairs on this property and y% for a different one, etc etc etc. Know why you do everything you do.
