Dawn Anastasi I seen you used Aimloans before on one if your rental properties. I have a townhouse I'am interested in Purchase price $73,000 $14,000 below assessment value. My credit is ok about a 715 in that area. I checked with aimloans website and rate: 5.250% points:0.671% APR:5.608% fees:$3924 payment:$403 Now is the fees the down payment or do I still have to put a down payment with these fees? Rent in these area is about $825-$950 can you break this down for me?
