Hello, I am looking for a good floor cleaning company to clean artificial wood and tile in a rental unit between tenants. I don’t want to do it myself. I hope to find a reasonably priced company, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Best wishes

Hello,

I am interested in purchasing a single family house at around 200k. Are there currently bidding wars on houses in El Paso? I’m now overseas and planning to return to the United States in October. Any predictions on what will happen to El Paso real estate by then regarding price or availability increasing? Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

Hi,

I own one sfr in Gilbert, AZ. I have about 200k in cash and want to invest again in Phoenix. The problem is I work overseas, so even  though I am an American and have a decent income it’s hard to get a loan. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello,
I'm living in working in Beijing, though I'm an American. I considered buying a SFR in Phoenix last April and flew out to Phoenix to check things out. I really loved the city and would like to relocate there. My question is have prices fallen there in the last eight months and do you think they'll continue to fall over the next year. I really liked the Gilbert area.

Hello,
Have Phoenix and Las Vegas prices for SFR fallen over the last three months and what do you think will happen with prices over the next three to six months? I'm interested in a three bedroom home in that sells for about 150 thousand.

In previous posts I talked about buying a condo or house as an investment, which I would rent out. It was suggested that a SFR is better than a condo. I asked about different areas and was told that Phoenix seems a better area then Vegas or Florida. Do you think it's such a bad idea to buy a rental in Phoenix at this time. The agent I have is trusted by someone I know very well, he works closely with a management company. I believe that many absent landlords are buying houses to rent out.

Hello,
I want to thank everyone who has given me advice in the various posts I have made. I was preapproved for a loan and will be flying to Phoenix on Tuesday to start my house search. I found an agent who seems trustworthy, has an MBA, and comes highly recommended. I'm hoping to buy a house, 3 bedroom, SFR, in Queen Creek or Gilbert, for about 120k. I previously thought about buying in Vegas, but I now think Phoenix is better for me. I'll rent the house out. Becuase of the advice I was given on this forum, I decided to buy a SFR instead of a condo and to invest in Phoenix instead of Florida of Vegas. I know that those other places may be better for some, but probably not me. My agent was recommeded to me by a close family friend, who has dealt with him for years. I didn't only accept the advice given to me on this forum, but I used it to get me thinking and check out things in other ways as well. Yet without your guys advice, I wouldn't know what to think about. In short, thanks for all your help and I'll keep you informed. I'm now living in Beijing and it will be great to return to the States.

Post: Is now a good time to buy in Las Vegas

Hello,
I've narrowed my search down to Las Vegas and was able to work out a loan. I want to buy a SFR for about 120k as an investment property and put down 60k. I want a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I want to know if this is a good time to buy in Vegas. I read on the Money magazine website, as well as a few others, that prices in Vegas are predicted to drop about 30% over 2010. Should I wait to buy a home, or does that prediction of such a big drop in prices seem unrealistic. I'm worried that if I wait to long, all the foreclosures will be gone and prices will go up. Thanks in advance for taking time to read and answer my question.

Post: home loan application fee

Does Citi have a home loan application fee. I called Citi and told them I was interested in a loan, the loan officer talked with me for about 15 minutes, then he checked my wife's credit report, but was unable to check mine because my credit is frozen. The loan officer never said anything about a loan application fee or charging my credit card. I want to ask you if it's possible for him to charge my credit card after just talking to him a short time on the phone? Also, do you know if Chase has a home loan application fee?
