One house paid off, wanting to buy another one in Phoenix

Hi,

I own one sfr in Gilbert, AZ. I have about 200k in cash and want to invest again in Phoenix. The problem is I work overseas, so even  though I am an American and have a decent income it’s hard to get a loan. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Consider passive investing like I do. No loan qualification and the rates of return are the same or higher. My group has operator/syndicators that you could invest with. We bought over 1200 units in the last few months and 2021 is going to be even better.
