@ Mark Nolan,

I see that you are with My Solo 401k Financial. That is very interesting avenue of investing. I am just learning about utilizing your self directed IRA to invest in RE. My mentor and I were just discussing the possibilities of gaining private lenders who would utilize their 401K's or IRA's. Do you have clients who you know would like to invest in Real Estate in North Dakota?

Hi @Jordan McIntyre,

Good to see another Forks area Investor.  If you are looking for a group I have started a MeetUp.com group for the Grand Forks and East Grand Forks area because -quite frankly- there wasn't one.

We welcome you to come join us. We will be having our next meeting this Thursday at 7:00PM in EGF. If you would like, feel free to join our group and come to the meeting? Here is a link to the group: http://www.meetup.com/Grand-Forks-Real-Estate-Investors-Meetup/.

Jordan Thibodeau - as Jon Broden stated the rest of the stated is still very stable an has continued on it's standard growth pattern.  I am in the Grand Forks, ND and East Grand Forks MN areas and houses are still selling quickly and prices are stable.

Everyone, thanks for your replies.

@Jeff Rabinowitz you say that private lenders are everywhere. What has succeeded for you in finding them?

@Dustin Smith What success have you found for funding - how are you getting deals done?

@John Hand - Dwell Financing - looks very interesting I will look deeper into them.  What is your experience with them?  How are they doing for you?

BP family, I am a new investor in the Grand Forks North Dakota area and am wondering what type of rates to expect and or offer when looking to gain Private money.  Additionally, what are your experiences with finding Private Money vs. Hard Money Lenders In North Dakota.
