My mentor and I were just discussing the possibilities of gaining private lenders who would utilize their 401K's or IRA's. Jordan Thibodeau - as Jon Broden stated the rest of the stated is still very stable an has continued on it's standard growth pattern.  I am in the Grand Forks, ND and East Grand Forks MN areas and houses are still selling quickly and prices are stable.

BP family, I am a new investor in the Grand Forks North Dakota area and am wondering what type of rates to expect and or offer when looking to gain Private money.  Additionally, what are your experiences with finding Private Money vs. Hard Money Lenders In North Dakota.
