Looking for help with Non-Recourse IRA lending on multifamily

I have several clients wanting to self-direct and leverage their IRA into multi-family property. I've heard the NASB (North American Savings Bank) will do this for 40% down payment and others with arms at 20% down, but need several options and also someone that has done this so I don't misrepresent or misguide investors we're working with. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. For those with specific experience in doing this for themself or a client I'm most interested in testimonial experience. Thanks!

@Steven Bond

The only other national non-recourse lender is First Western Federal Savings in South Dakota. Both they and NASB are good organizations to work with.

You will want to be sure that your investor clients have an understanding of the UDFI tax liability that comes with using leverage in an IRA (but not in a 401k).
