@Robert Lindsley Get to know a local small bank, they barely have anything going on most of the time and would love to count your quarters for free. I know this personally growing up in a small town that has only two banks located in neighboring rural towns

@Jared Smith Hardwood over carpet all day everyday! It's so expensive to install hardwood now and if you have it use it! Many people are looking for hardwood floors now and I've seen landlords get me in rental income from having hardwood floors.

@Isaac Galli Both are exceptional options. 203k would be great if you are going to owner occupy and have money left over for the rehab. And conventional would be great if you done plan on occupying the property.

@Anthony Ballard Now is the time Anthony! Typically 5units and above require a 25% down payment, so if you have the financials or can raise the capital to purchase anything 5 units and above, go out theres and start scaling that buisness and adding more units!

@Ryan Beasley I think it is because they are so well attuned to leading others, as in they can tell someone to complete a task with a tone most dont like or a persona we dont want to listen to, but at the end of it we always listen to what they want done. I've felt the same way and am trying to gauge if a change in my mannerisms might affect my professional career and make people know me for being a more outwardly strong person.
