So how do you file taxes in Wyoming from the other states?

I’m also sketchy about gmail lenders but at the same time, I have a gmail so I’m in a toss up to trust someone with that lol

OH WOW! i thought hard money lenders though higher interest rates were a better way to go. i might as get a personal loan and a lower price right, say like on 20k?

I have properties in Florida I’m looking at but I live in Texas and I’m also interested in properties here. Military stationed in Texas but home is Florida.

I live in Texas so im debating if I want to do business in Florida or Texas. I have resources  and partners in Florida but I have more hands on in Texas and able to drive to the properties.

What is so good about having a single member LLC in florida vs Texas? Texas costs $300 to form vs Florida at $150 and they to have state income tax both very flexible. Does anyone have better information on this subject?
